What is included

The paid version is the whole system. Nothing is sold separately.

    All twelve modules, from the terminal to the logbook, with no surcharge for individual features.

    New versions of the system come at no extra cost.

  • Your own system at your own address

    The system runs only for your company on your domain, and you share your data with no one else.

  • Email support

    We help you with setup and daily running by email.

How payment works

    You start for free

    You create the system yourself and use it for free with up to 5 employees. You enter no payment details.

  2. 2

    You choose a licence

    Once you track more people, tell us the picked licence (based on nu. of users). We send you a draft contract.

  3. 3

    You pay by invoice

    We invoice the period you chose: every month, once a year or once every two years.

Common questions

Can I stop at any time?
With monthly billing, yes: you only ever pay for the next month. Annual and two-year billing is agreed for the whole period, which is why the month costs less.
What if more employees join?
You move up a tier. Change the licence right in the system (Admin → System → Licence → Change licence to) or write to [email protected], and from the next period you pay by the new headcount. Over 150 employees we prepare a custom quote.
What does “without guarantees” mean for the free version?
For the free version we guarantee neither the availability of the system nor answers from support. When payroll depends on your attendance records, choose a paid tier.
How can I test it?
Every system you create runs free up to 5 employees, with no time limit and every feature. You try exactly what you will go on using, and you can move to a higher tier any time your demands rises.
