Who is not a sub-processor

  • Providers to which the controller itself sends data, for example the mailboxes of report recipients or a payroll accountant chosen by the controller, are not sub-processors of the operator.

Changes to the list

The operator informs customers of an intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor by e-mail to the system administrator's address at least 14 days in advance. Within that period, the customer may object under the procedure in Article 4.4 of the Data Processing Agreement. The updated list with a new effective date is published on this page.
